Article about the SES, shared from my own experiences

If I would have to choose one word, to describe the SES, I would have say, it is a Gift, a real gift to yourself.
Maybe you heard about this school, maybe you not, but this school gives you something that changing your life for real.
This school is about really, truly Loving You.
How many times did you hear about true love for yourself?
If you have been “traveling” in the new age workshops, therapies and healing's, you have probably met this sentence...You should love yourself.
But how many people actually truly loving themselves?
We all know, by looking at our society, that not many people are.
Maybe it is already a cliche, but when you truly love and respect yourself, you are respecting the others, and the world that you creating, reflecting the passion and the love for you.
It is easy to understand that, it is easy to wish that, but ask yourself how many times in a day, you are satisfied with yourself when you see yourself in the mirror.
How many times you hug and embrace yourself with your own two hands?
How many times you are looking at your partner and you telling yourself: he doesn't see me, even...no matter how beautiful I am today.
When was the last time you where really making love, feeling your hearts cherishing every moment and second you are together...?!
When was the last time you bought yourself a present and didn't feel guilty about it, that you spending money on yourself?
How many times are you sacrificing your own time with yourself, for your children, and you compromising because again you feel they need you, and you have to be there for them?
I can go on and on, because we humans are all the same, we are full of consciousness of guilt and shame, for any kind of reason...and there are many.
The SES, in a very powerful and not compromising way, is showing you, it is all not about you.
It takes you to a journey just to realize you have not lived your life as you dreamed, as a result of imbalance in the sexual energies,
imbalance in the fabric of human consciousness.
This school will take you by the hand to the core of why and how you lost the touch with yourself, and the way to bring it back again to your life.
And it is not about process, and not exercises, It is about the actual love for yourself.
This school is for people who choose life and willing to step forward, and having the true compassion for themselves to fully choose themselves.
This is said not from me, only as a teacher, but also as child that was abused, and did this school 9 months ago,
and is still amazed with the outcome of this gift, I gave to myself.
It is a delight and honor for me to facilitate this school, as I see it as the biggest challenge of all, to be able to truly accept and love yourself.
As a child, I asked myself (as we all probably asked) how come there is no peace on earth...why there is violence, why is there hate...innocent questions or just very natural ones?:-)
This school is the beginning of the peace we all dreamed about.
And it is starting within us.
I am looking forward to meet the ones that choose peace in themselves as well, as I know it is really possible...

The ascension process is about integrating all the aspects since the times of the wall of fire, the times when we exploded to millions billions of aspects, experiencing the outer expression of god. having the free will to explore lots of identities and lots of lifetimes in the body and before having a physical body.
As we choosing to ascend we can't leave any aspect behind, we cannot leave any part of us, it has to be integrated within us.
As we becoming more and more in love with ourselves, as we feel safe and balance the aspects can come home, we can allow any aspect of us to be acknowledge and be blessed, realizing through our hearts and souls that every experience they had served a purpose, a very sacred one.
By doing that we don't need to try and change or fix or create a solution for them/us, but when aspect is coming to us, we accepting him as he is, not analyzing or pushing away, just creating a compassionate safe space to welcome him home.
In the ascension school the aspects are gathering together with us, asking us Are we real? Are we really ready to welcome them home...?
In this school there is a big event taking place, a celebration of our soul and humanness together, a celebration of completion.
The ascension process in natural, but how do we choose to go through it , is the question.
It can be graceful and simple if we just allow it to be, when we create this space of love and acceptance with in us, this sacred, intimate, personal process can become a joyful one.
